Ingredients
700 g green beans
50 ml Soof Lemon, Mint & Apple
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon flour
Chili flakes
Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons water
Pepper and salt

Preparations

  • Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain the green beans in a strainer and rinse them in cold water until they’re lukewarm.
  • Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices. Add the garlic slices and the green beans into a frying pan with olive oil and cook them for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the flour, water and Soof lemon & mint in a bowl with a fork until there are no lumps of flour left. Add the mixture into the frying pan with the green beans and stir until the sauce has thickened. Toss the green beans well until they all have a layer of sticky sauce
  • Sprinkle the green beans with sesame seeds and chili flakes and add salt and pepper to your taste.
