Soof Drinks - Hot Soof - Soof Kurkuma Spice Latte
400 ml hot water
15-20 ml Soof carrot, ginger & apple
Bag of Chai tea with turmeric


  • Fill up your glass with Soof syrup
  • Add hot water and the bag of Chai tea
  • Let the tea infuse for 2 to 3 minutes max.
  • Garnish with fresh ginger and/or a cinnamon stick

latte version

  • Use 200ml hot water instead of 400ml
  • Top the kurkuma and Soof tea with frothed (oat) milk
  • Garnish with chili flakes or ground cinnamon

Delicious served with carrot cake, breakfast bowls such açaí or yoghurt and spicy dishes with chili such as Indian curry.
