Ingredients sesame rice
170 g rice
2 cloves garlic
4 spring onions
40 ml soy sauce
Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cm fresh ginger
2 tablespoon flour
350 g mixed mushrooms
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
2 tablespoons Soof Carrot, Ginger & Apple
Pepper and salt
Ingredients radishes
Bush of radishes
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Soof Carrot, Ginger & Apple

Preparations

  • Boil the rice, drain it and let it steam. Then season the rice with salt and pepper.
  • Crush the garlic, grate the ginger, chop the spring onion, cut up the mushrooms and combine all this in a bowl with the flour.
  • Fry the mushrooms in a pan and then add the garlic, ginger and spring onion and fry briefly.
  • Add 2 tablespoons Soof carrot & ginger and deglaze with soy sauce, water and half the sesame oil.
  • Mix the rice with the other half of the sesame oil and half of the sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a salad bowl, mix 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon Soof carrot & ginger. Slice the radishes and mix with the white wine vinegar and Soof.
  • Divide the rice between deep plates and distribute the mushrooms over it. Garnish with the other half of the sesame seeds and the green part of the spring onion.
  • Serve with the radishes. Enjoy your meal!
