40 ml soy sauce |

350 g mixed mushrooms |

2 tablespoons Soof Carrot, Ginger & Apple |

Preparations
- Boil the rice, drain it and let it steam. Then season the rice with salt and pepper.
- Crush the garlic, grate the ginger, chop the spring onion, cut up the mushrooms and combine all this in a bowl with the flour.
- Fry the mushrooms in a pan and then add the garlic, ginger and spring onion and fry briefly.
- Add 2 tablespoons Soof carrot & ginger and deglaze with soy sauce, water and half the sesame oil.
- Mix the rice with the other half of the sesame oil and half of the sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a salad bowl, mix 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon Soof carrot & ginger. Slice the radishes and mix with the white wine vinegar and Soof.
- Divide the rice between deep plates and distribute the mushrooms over it. Garnish with the other half of the sesame seeds and the green part of the spring onion.
- Serve with the radishes. Enjoy your meal!
