Ingredients salad
6-8 green peppers
1/2 cabbage lettuce
1 piece of goat cheese
1 handful of nuts
Fresh chives
Ingredients dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons Soof Lemon, Mint & Apple
Salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Keep one pepper separate and put the remaining green peppers in an oven dish. Pour the olive oil drop by drop over the peppers, mix well and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the peppers that were kept separate into thin slices and keep them for the dressing of the salad.
  • Now mix the juice of the lemon, the olive oil and the Soof lemon & mint into a dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the lettuce into smaller pieces and mix the dressing and the chopped pepper through the lettuce.
  • Prepare an oven dish containing the goat cheese and mixed nuts. When the peppers have been in the oven for 10 minutes, you can add the oven dish with the goat cheese and the nuts, so that they are in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Put the salad in a dish and divide the grilled peppers over it. Place the goat cheese in the middle and sprinkle with nuts.
  • Chop some chives and grate some lemon peel and sprinkle this over the salad as well.
