Ingredients
Coconut yoghurt (Abbot Kinneys)
Handful of sliced almonds
Handful of blueberries or other preferred fruit(s)
Soof Blueberry, Lavender, Blackcurrant & Apple

Preparations

  • Toast the sliced almonds in a pan until they’ve turned a light golden colour.
  • Add the coconut yoghurt into a bowl. Place your finger over the top of the bottle of Soof to control the amount coming out and gently pour the syrup over the yoghurt.
  • Garnish the yoghurt with a handful of blueberries (or other preferred fruits) and the roasted sliced almonds.

Tip: Add some fresh nuts to the yoghurt for a nice bite
