Preparation:: 25 minutes

200 g oat flour
100 g raisins
70 g coconut oil (melted)
50 ml oat milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla powder (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp Soof syrup sweet potato


  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees ℃.
  • Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, stir and add coconut oil, syrup, plant based milk, Soof Sweet Potato and lemon juice. Stir again.
  • Then make a dough ball and divide it into 8 balls.
  • Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten them with the palm of your hand.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooled, they are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Enjoy your meal!
