Preparations
- Pour the Soof lemon & mint into a carafe and add water.
- Pour the lemonade into a small container and put the container into the freezer without a lid for about 3 hours.
- Using a fork, run through the mixture every 30 minutes in order to break the forming ice crystals.
- The granita is done when the lemonade has completely frozen and the structure looks like a slush puppy.
