Ingredients
100ml Soof Lemon, Mint & Apple
900 ml water

Preparations

  • Pour the Soof lemon & mint into a carafe and add water.
  • Pour the lemonade into a small container and put the container into the freezer without a lid for about 3 hours.
  • Using a fork, run through the mixture every 30 minutes in order to break the forming ice crystals.
  • The granita is done when the lemonade has completely frozen and the structure looks like a slush puppy.
