60 ml lemon juice |

Preparations
- Schenk de rum en het versgeperste citroensap in elk glas.
- Add crushed ice to the glasses
- Rub the mint leaves in your hand to release the flavour and smell
- Rub the mint leaves onto the edge of the glass and drop them into the glass
- Add the Soof Sparkling lemon
- Add the mint leaves and a slice of lemon as garnish
