Ingredients
4 shots rum (200ml)
240 ml Soof Sparkling Lemon, Mint & Apple
60 ml lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice

Preparations

  • Schenk de rum en het versgeperste citroensap in elk glas.
  • Add crushed ice to the glasses
  • Rub the mint leaves in your hand to release the flavour and smell
  • Rub the mint leaves onto the edge of the glass and drop them into the glass
  • Add the Soof Sparkling lemon
  • Add the mint leaves and a slice of lemon as garnish
